For more than 20 years I have been working in the digital economy. I worked for the first internet agencies in the 90’s, survived the New Economy crash and learned how to transform business in large enterprises.
For a German loyalty program with a reach of 18 million households I signed responsible for all digital product developments such as loyalty points redemption for digital goods and mobile coupon applications – before the first iPhone entered the market. I was also in charge for Germany’s first successful electronic gift card distribution platform „Cardiso“.
In the innovation unit of Deutsche Telekom I was – among other things – involved in shaping the B2B2C platform concept of Telekom’s approach for the smart home business.
After all these years I’m still excited about the ongoing digital change – and still able to avoid buzzwords.
